Pros
To be honest, I only stayed because I loved the people I worked with! (YMMV depending on location)
Cons
Not paid enough, too little hours, too much crap to deal with. Pretty much impossible to get out of (aside from quitting), zero social life for me (because I'm the "lead" closer, and all my friends work during day hours).
