      Flexible time. Never a dull moment. Get to develop person skills. Employee discount. Will train. Working environment is nice and neat.

      Tedious work. Low pay. Have to join the union to work. Union fee is high for such hourly minimum wage.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
