      Pros

      Decent pay with great insurance due to union contract.

      Cons

      Terrible District and Upper management, they're mostly clueless and out of touch with reality. You will work every holiday and most Sundays, and not get paid any extra for doing it. Store management are mostly disrespectful and somehow think they are better than everyone else, forgetting they too work at a grocery store.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
