      Good job to start with no experience if someone is looking for a job. Can work your way up. Good people working there.

      Cons

      Low wages, bad hours, can find a better job if you search. long time to get increased wages or a promotion. not somewhere you want to make a career out of.

      Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
