Pros
-You start above minimum wage. -Most union benefits start immediately, with some (ie. scholarships) at six months. -Friendly coworkers. -Employee discounts and internal promotions.
Cons
-Management has a cold and bureaucratic feel. -Shifts can vary from four days split by a day off each to five days in a row. -Training is non-interactive and very monotonous. -Lots of customer promotions to offer and set protocol for each transaction is difficult to employ.
