      Pros

      Friendly staff, friendly customers, reasonable working conditions, learn to provide World Class Service

      Cons

      The Company needs an overhaul, possibility of having to work in multiple departments, don't move up very fast unless you have a high ambition to be the best, expect minimum hours unless your at a busy location, pay rate based off hours worked in each department and when working multiple departments will receive same pay because new department is separate.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
