      Good benefits. Decent pay for management.

      Cons

      Terrible management from store managers and district managers. You never feel appreciated, no matter how good you are. You're expected to do the impossible. It's also a union, so be prepared to work with horrible staff that doesn't give a hoot.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
