      Pros

      It was a job until you found a more practical position, Good benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management had know clue what it was like to manage at store level. Constant audits wasted productive time for needed accomplishments.. District Manager had know personality and it was all about politics with the managers who had worked there longer. Training was horrible.

      I can't think of anything in particular. It's has ben a few years sense I've moved on.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
