      Pros

      Meeting new and interesting people, learning different aspects of the grocery industry, and having the support of the rest of the front end team.

      Cons

      Not enough pay, hours/schedules vary to much week to week, loyalty and dependability go unrecognized, no raises to be given to reward hard working employees.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
