I think mangement are requires to get a labotomy when they take the job no common sense and are to worry about bonuses - AFPC (All Purpose Food Clerk) Safeway Employee Review

Work load is always dumped on the workers that work hard treated like your not working hard enough and the slackers get a free ride and mangement seems to be oblivose or really don't care . Have tried to move up into other job but held back by mangement because know one wants work the grave shift, stuck in dead end job , the mangement seems more worried about make their bonus then really running the store properly by understaffing all dept and running a skeleton crew front end and having to have other dept to be used as checkers and using and abusing the caddies as checkout service and not paying them for the time they are checking . Store mangement seems they really don't care about their employees or the customer any more real change in the last few years it's really does show , I think it a matter of time before Safeway is bought out and down size or goes out of bussiness. It's not rocket science to see why KING SOOPERS is getting a lot of former Safeway customer. King seems to have clue unlike Safeway.
