      Good experience, ability to move to difference parts of the IT organization in order to get a well rounded skill set. They bring in enough new products/platforms so the opportunity to gain the knowledge is there, just wait, they will buy that too.

      Cons

      The salary doesn't keep up with your growth and neither does the promotions.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
