      Through my time in Safeway I have learned way more skills and practical experience dealing with people and managing others.

      Leadership constantly holds you back either by not giving you help when needed or treating employees with very little respect to their own personal lives.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
