      Opportunity for advancement, stable and secure job.

      Cons

      Too much focus on diversity and inclusion. We are all for both as a company, but when less qualified employees advance due to gender or ethnicity rather than best person for the role there is something fundamentally wrong with the company's culture.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
