It's a bummer there's not much else in the way of perks if you consider the fact that the only reason there are health benefits is because of the union. Albertsons companies tends to only recognize their store directors and managers, giving them bonuses whilest incentivizing cutting hours to give said people bonuses in which case they will cut hours to no end for until the end of a quarter.
