Pros
- The produce manger is really understanding and flexible with hours. -the hourly wage is pretty decent and the job is enjoyable. -The job is production, so you can leave early if you get everything finished. -Early starting shift time. -PTO and free health insurance to full-time employees. Overall, I really enjoyed this job because it paid decent and worked well with my school schedule. It is great as long as you just get your job done and get out without interacting with certain people.
Cons
-Understaffed and Unwilling to pay overtime while being expected to do the work of multiple people within a standard 8-hr shift. -Hours were constantly cut, especially for the produce department. -A lot of gossip sexual harassment went on here and no one batted an eyelash or disciplined employees for inappropriate behavior. - Management showed favoritism with certain employees. -They hire some pretty terrible employees that take a million breaks, are high all the time, and stick you with all of the work.
