      - Work experience for certification under a trainee license - Efficient pharmacists - Good Coworkers - Not as busy or metric based as other retail pharmacies

      Cons

      - Low pay for techs - Hours get cut often - Tech hours are often determined by sales rather than RX count which causes pharmacies to be understaffed

      I can't think of anything in particular. It's has ben a few years sense I've moved on.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
