      Flexible schedule, Pays Well. Innovative.

      Cons

      Never a good time to take vacation. Lost many vacation weeks over the years. They don't do exit interviews and really should for valuable insight. Especially when phenomenal employees are leaving. Some messages from top stop at the District Manager and the Vision, Values, and Mission get lost.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
