      Starts out great but then goes downhill

      Cons

      This company is something else. The only way to get to the top is to slither your way into upper managements pants (literally) no one is ever on the same page. You work the job of 5 others and still get thrown around like a plastic bag in the wind.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
