      Pros

      Sometimes you work with cool people. The other half is karens that nobody else will hire. They bithc and expect you to do part of their work, and they have no idea what they are talking about.

      Cons

      Karen central! Ops mrgs dont help! Skeleton crew cut in half, doing 2-3 people jobs sliding dirt under carpet. Not giving breaks correctly and if you take them they will just adjust your schedule, union is worthless. CEO and presidents should be fired.

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
