Pros
Team environment, decent benifits, discounts. Overall it's not terrible. At first I dreaded going to work but as long as you have good coworkers it makes it fun.
Cons
No real growth potential. Management constantly breathing down your neck. Corporate seems to be stuck in the past. Definitely tons of potential profit that could be made they're missing out on.
