Pros
It's fast pace. We work with a large volume of orders, typically 2000+, in a day through delivery and pick-up. You don't have to stand around looking for busy work.
Cons
If you have an open availability, you will be scheduled anywhere from starting at 2am until closing at 9pm. You're schedule will not be consistent at all. Your days off will also change week by week where you might have to work 10 days before your next day off or you get split days off. People are always calling out too so it can make the days stressful.
