Inconsiderate management, company has a hire and fire culture. Compensation is way below the industry standards. Most freshers are given minimum wage. Not a lot of amenities in the office, is extremely cramped. Terrible appraisals, they try to manipulate you in thinking that you're going to get a raise. Absolutely NO value for talent.
