Pros

If you have any sort of head on your shoulders you can work yourself up to a lead position making $20/hr in a year. Really solid pay for what you are doing there. Great facilities.

Cons

Any issue I had with other shift leads, nothing was done by upper management even when multiple other reports are filed on the employee(s). A lot of blaming others for own mistakes. My direct supervisor was fantastic, but a lot of people who work here are incompetent and upper management wants nothing to do with people on the floor it seems.

Pay was probably the only thing. Nice people I guess

Cons

This place fired me after a month because I wasn’t progressing like they had hoped but barely had any generators for me to work on because they were so slow. Sometimes I would sit there for 10 hours doing nothing and told to look busy. Training was also pretty terrible as my trainer didn’t even want to train me. Don’t work here especially if you have your A&P. You deserve better
