Pros

Remote work, every day different, excellent and interesting products, and many good co-workers. Was able to define my own position and duties.

Cons

No job description, I was thrown in. Created what I thought was the right methods to service our customer. My first review made me look incompetent, and I asked for a job description and duties. Finally got it. I had 4 managers in 4 years, plus one raise in 4 years. One raise, when I went above and beyond, even getting up at 2:00 for international phone meetings. I kept thinking if I keep doing what I'm doing and take on more work that someone would notice. Never happened. The final straw was a manager asking if anyone else could do my job. I quickly left for a new opportunity I received in 3 weeks. I didn't want to leave, it was all on YOU. I was a dedicated Zodiac employee.

Pros

Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

Cons

Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
