      Pros

      The people I worked with were good hard-working individuals. The facility was nice, but also inherited by previous company.

      Cons

      There is a major lack of leadership and direction. It is almost as though one is on a ship being navigated by a blind person. I feel that this lack of leadership causes a lot of finger-pointing, which results in “broken” products.

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Cons

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
