Safran is a large Aerospace group that designs and manufacture a wide variety of products. From my experience, this is a company which values results, and will empower young talent to grow quickly with bigger and bigger responsibilities.
Cons
Safran being a large corporation can suffer from inertia in decision making sometimes.
