Thank you for your feedback. We actually have very low turnover at our site thankfully. However, career progression can at times seem unclear. We do offer career progression, especially within the engineering space. I would strongly recommend a discussion with their direct manager, Head of the business unit and/or HR to get a plan together based upon the team members interests and skills. The Rotating Machines business unit is going through an influx of changes which is beginning to present new opportunities for our team members both at the site level and within the division.
