Pros
4 ten hour days and a 3 day weekend was grate.the people that work there are some of the best people you will ever meet. (Lower level works) and like 3 or 4 upper level people. If I was asked this same question 4 or 5 years ago I would have said this is the best place in the world to work.,. Best job ever.,..now they have people that have been working there for 25 to 45 years walking out and quitting on them. It's still a nice place to work. They do have profit share and 401k and more.
Cons
If the new management team could just learn how to talk to people and treat people with a bit of respect or even if they just had a little bit of class this review might be a bit different.
