Benefits, steady hours, independent work, opportunities for over time

Cons

Distribution of work was disproportionately assigned, poor communication from management and warehouse teams to front office, policies change abruptly with little to no warning or reasoning, workload was tremendously too high for staff, not enough efforts to expand front office team to accommodate work, no streamlined training for new CSRs in place, pay could be higher

Cons

Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
