Safran as whole, and Safran Electronics and Defense, Avionics, USA has performed acquisitions in order to solidify our leadership in the Aerospace market to enable us to establish a consistent and stable employment for our teams, as well as being a stronger partner for our customers. This has led to certain sites becoming more specialized to become best in class. As a result our Grand Prairie site has transferred some central functions, but has been identified as a key pillar with additional products and services transferred in from other acquired sites. It now sits firmly as the SEDA center of excellence for MRO activity. Change can be hard, especially when combining systems and processes, but we are proud of our teams and we look forward to a strong future in Grand Prairie.
