Pros
- if you do your job well, it will be recognized and you can be promoted - the pay is solid, especially if just starting out in this industry - benefits are great, they match 401k, offer insurance, etc. - a cool building to work in - management is always around to converse with - great employees
Cons
- some people can be difficult to work with, even when they have the same (lead) title as you - many people have English as a second language, which makes it difficult sometimes to explain detailed processes - difficult workers can ruin your experience
