- interesting products and technologies - motivated young engineers (most French) that make life at work very pleasant - work-life balance - on-site premises (jogging in the area around (woods), shower, gym, nice restaurant, probably one of France's best "CE" to financially support your activities outside work) - although remote location on Saclay plateau, comfortable to reach via Montparnasse and Versailles compared to e.g. a crowded metro
Cons
- few women, and even less in higher positions - old-school management, that just ask you to be their good 'soldier' - frenchy - slow, rigid processes - risk-obsession, hesitation to grab opportunities - negligible yearly raise--> don't expect significantly more than what you negotiate at the start
