Cons

Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody... :)

Pros

The management can be reached at any point of time and they have ears for your suggestions and issues. There is a great scope of career growth. A happy environment with employees working for more than 20 years.

Cons

There should be more opportunities created in these 26 years of establishment
