Don't have many projects, so you can learn new technologies

Cons

Very limited projects. Very less pay and don't get many opportunities to grow. They stick to the same old policies and hence don't see much progress.

The management can be reached at any point of time and they have ears for your suggestions and issues. There is a great scope of career growth. A happy environment with employees working for more than 20 years.

Cons

There should be more opportunities created in these 26 years of establishment
