change this bossy guy in HR who tries to interfere in other team work. he does not have complete knowledge of things. working in half knowledge is danger. he should mind his business. lot more to say but dont want to so not write anything. when i joined sagarsoft it was enjoyable thing of my job. very uncomfortable work environment today. lot of negativity n politics only. not giving a chance to grow learn. they dont take any suggestion advise feedack they want us to follow there wrong stupid ideas (arrogant people) follow same old pattern like there mind. no projects in 2024.
