      Pros

      Sage has offered me an amazing opportunity to grow as a professional and be exposed to team around the globe. Everyone in the business, regardless of level, is contribution to the objectives and bigger picture.

      Transparent communication is sometime lacking.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
