Pros
It is a big ship, moves slowly and a bit clumsy at times. However, it has a lot of good people and strives to do good things. It is possible to learn a lot if we put the right effort and motivation, but it's easy to get lost in the motions if we just let go and drift around. On the other side, with the right effort, we can find a safe place to learn, grow and eventually move on if we find we get stuck.
Cons
It's easy to get lost in the motions and let the years pass and get mediocre at best. The salary is a bit below the market, which shows management has lost control of human resources probably due to its size.
