Pros

- People that I work with are very easy to get along with - Sage wants to be a good company to work for and has lots of good ideas to help with work/life balance

Cons

- Bonus is only partially paid each year and the financial figures are impossible to meet. - Job title is not correct for what is being done. HR, although they are great, does not do a good job of changing grades/title appropriately. For example, they say that there are only a handful of titles in IT. I can develop specific software, and therefore my pay should go up based on the need for that software's market - SAP developer may get paid a lot more outside of Sage than another application developer. At Sage, a developer is always paid in a specific pay range. No matter the need elsewhere. - Salary doesn't meet industry standards. Even though they say they access it, you can look up the same job title, and you are getting paid quite a bit less at Sage.

Pros

Lots of inbound leads. You can build your entire book almost completely off inbound. The actual sellers are very good at what they do. Lots of knowledgeable SC's

Cons

2 Salesforce instances and 2 Outreach Instances. The sales operations are insanely bad. You spend a lot of your time doing admin instead of actually selling and finding new account. Intacct is also behind on Ai. They use the excuse of not being able to ship new features because they need to be accurate for their enterprise customers. The real reason is they can't seem to figure it out. They are about a year late on shipping new product functionality. They are the most expensive product in the ERP industry but they are not the best when it comes to functionality. They have complex contracts and they nickel and dime.
