Pros

Good maternity policies Fantastic support Great tools for employees to feel connected but also self-serve Fantastic focus on DE&I Great salary packages and non-financial rewards/benefits Great flexibility and work/life balance understanding

Cons

Sometimes teams/products can feel siloed. I appreciate much is currently being done however to work more collaboratively.

Pros

Lots of inbound leads. You can build your entire book almost completely off inbound. The actual sellers are very good at what they do. Lots of knowledgeable SC's

Cons

2 Salesforce instances and 2 Outreach Instances. The sales operations are insanely bad. You spend a lot of your time doing admin instead of actually selling and finding new account. Intacct is also behind on Ai. They use the excuse of not being able to ship new features because they need to be accurate for their enterprise customers. The real reason is they can't seem to figure it out. They are about a year late on shipping new product functionality. They are the most expensive product in the ERP industry but they are not the best when it comes to functionality. They have complex contracts and they nickel and dime.
