Pros

- Competitive pay - Very little micro-management - Tons of PTO from the start - Remote work options - Great benefits

Cons

- Training could be improved on (my personal experience was a few videos about the products and then put on the phones, it was very much a sink or swim type of onboarding for me). - Since the company is so large, sometimes your department can feel siloed from others. Decisions can be made from a higher level that impact your team directly, without notice and little time to react/implement.

Pros

Lots of inbound leads. You can build your entire book almost completely off inbound. The actual sellers are very good at what they do. Lots of knowledgeable SC's

Cons

2 Salesforce instances and 2 Outreach Instances. The sales operations are insanely bad. You spend a lot of your time doing admin instead of actually selling and finding new account. Intacct is also behind on Ai. They use the excuse of not being able to ship new features because they need to be accurate for their enterprise customers. The real reason is they can't seem to figure it out. They are about a year late on shipping new product functionality. They are the most expensive product in the ERP industry but they are not the best when it comes to functionality. They have complex contracts and they nickel and dime.
