      Pros

      Energetic and exciting environment. A company thats moving fast which allows employees to advance their career quickly. If you want to make a name for yourself its a great place to be.

      Cons

      The opportunity brings high workload and long hours. As with any tech startup, there has been some challenges in engineering the product to scale. That said, its turned a corner!

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
