      Wellness programs, hands on experience with ERP technologies, Standard PTO , Mature lead generation programs.

      Cons

      below average pay, annual layoffs in Sept/Oct. that do any to avoid impacting upper management's Laguna Beach lifestyles. Unprofessional of immediate supervisor. No career development or advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
