From training, to the manager (who was based out of the UK), the leadership team (abusive and toxic - they would yell at employees and belittle you with no empathy or regard for your emotions), all the way down the resources that were given to you to do your job (which was very little). And not to mention, they demanded a high level of performance within 2 months of working there. Wasn't even enough time to get trained effectively or learn how to do the job. My manager, who's name I will not mention (it rhymes with "hallux") was verbally abusive towards me, non-stop. They're was a huge cultural barrier because all the higher ups were from the UK and treated the US employees like crap. I had zero work/life balance. I was working 80+ weeks without any support from my manager. He would say "you're the expert, you should know what to do." It was not hard for me to quit.
