      System tools are in MUCH need of updating | Bonus review process is convoluted and extremely hard to max out | Total Pay is a bit hard to fully understand

Amongst all you have mentioned under the Pros section, it is great to know that you find our leadership teams genuine and that you also feel our approach to processes is genuine as well. We are working on advancing any technologies/processes that are currently outdated so there is lots to come. In regard to pay and bonuses, we encourage you to reach out to your manager with your concerns for further discussion on them.       Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

      Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
