      - Great communication from managment - Great pay or an internship - Great atmosphere and awesome people

      Cons

      Not too much. Only downside would be that the people tend to be older so the atmosphere is a bit dull at times. Not a whole lot of energy.

      Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

      Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
