      Thank you for your feedback. We're keen to understand colleague feedback to ensure we can learn from it and make the necessary changes required to enhance the experiences of our colleagues. That being said, we have a plethora of resources available to colleagues through Talent Marketplace, LinkedIn Learning and Sage University that cater to their upskilling needs. For sure, there's a lot more we can do to improve what we offer and we will continue working on this. However, there's quite a bit in there already to really help our colleagues unleash their potential.       Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

      Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
