      Pros

      PTO is decent but that is about it.

      Cons

      The nepotism here runs rampant. I cannot believe how many executives hire their kids or family members. Without divulging too much, a member of the c suites kid and all their friends have cushy jobs and limited accountability for anything.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
