Although we have made some tough decisions in the recent past, this is in no way a reflection of them, which is why some colleagues, despite redundancies, have managed to find new roles within the business that are better suited to the company's direction. Hybrid working is vital to our people-centred culture. It helps us build cross-functional connections and strengthen our spirit of collaboration, which are all very important for continued high performance across the business.       Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

      Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
