Pros

I've been with Sage for over 11 years, and what has kept me here is the company’s genuine commitment to supporting both personal and professional growth. Sage has offered me numerous opportunities to develop and take on new challenges over the years, and they’ve always been supportive when my circumstances changed. For example, when I needed to shift roles and reduce travel due to personal needs, Sage found a position that fit those objectives. Later, when I wanted to relocate internationally, they helped make that transition possible as well. Sage genuinely values its colleagues, offering a supportive environment that encourages everyone to strive for high performance. It's a place where you feel valued and stretched, constantly encouraged to develop and excel. There’s a clear focus on growth and innovation, which makes for an energizing, forward-looking environment. Overall, Sage is an incredible place to work if you value support, development, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. It’s a company that truly invests in its people, and I feel grateful to be a part of it.

Cons

That said, with growth comes a lot of change. Sage is going through an exciting phase, but it does require flexibility, as the pace and volume of change can be challenging for some. Personally, I find it motivating, but it’s worth considering if you're someone who thrives in a stable environment rather than one that’s always evolving.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
