Pros

Good benefits Decent salary Flexible working (at least it's not 5 days in the office!) Great colleagues

Cons

Screws are always been tightened to squeeze as much profit as possible. Generally means limited to no business expenses, training opportunities, downgrading the office space (moving from the fantastic North Park building to a generic corporate cube on a generic business park in Newcastle)

Thank you for your feedback. Although it might not fully resonate with you at the moment, we'd like to assure you that our culture is still people-focused. Yes, we want to keep growing and scaling, but we know our colleagues are at the heart of our success, and so their well-being is a priority to us. We take an internal-first approach to colleague development and continue to invest in enriching our upskilling resources via Sage Learning, etc. We changed our bonus structure from a regional one to a global one so that all our colleagues could equally benefit from this. We acknowledge that there are areas to keep improving, and we shall continue doing so, but our culture is built on wanting our customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to thrive.

Pros

Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

Cons

Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
